Terms and Conditions - Consultation Sessions

1. Payments are to be paid in full to secure booking. We will hold a requested available time for 24 hours once the payment link is sent through. If the payment isn’t made in 24 hours upon receiving the payment link, we will make that slot available again to other clients.

2. All Payments are non refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Purchased Session, including any rescheduled sessions must be used within a year of purchase. 

4. If unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours notice prior must be given otherwise payment and applicable credit towards another session is forfeited.

5. Late arrivals: The coach will stay online for 15 minutes. Any later than that will be considered a 'no-show' and fees for that session will be forfeited. No extra time added to the session for late arrivals.
