Terms and Conditions - Coaching/Career Accelerator

  1. Payments are to be made for a package of 3 sessions, with the exception of the Trial 2 session package sold once for new clients.

  2. Payments are to be paid in full to secure booking and place in the program. We will hold a requested available spot for 24 hours once the payment link is sent through. If the payment isn’t made in 24 hours upon receiving the payment link, we will make that spot available again to other clients.

  3. All Payments are non refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled if at least 24 hours notice is given prior to the session. 

  4. Purchased Session Packages must be used within a year of purchase. This includes any permitted rescheduled sessions.

  5. If unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours notice prior must be given otherwise payment and applicable credit towards another session is forfeited.

  6. Late arrivals: The coach will stay online for 15 minutes. Any later than that will be considered a 'no-show' and fees for that session will be forfeited. No extra time added to the session for late arrivals.

ADDITiONAL TERMS and CONDITIONS

FOR Tertiary Student Packages only:

  1. Only the standard 3 session packages available. NO trial packages with the student discount.

  2. Must be a full time student at the time of purchase. Proof of current full time enrolment is required. This can include:

    • Student ID and concession travel card.

    • Letter from your university/college.

    Other forms of proof may also be accepted. Please enquire further with us.
